A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused time with an open account.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Code Sentinel, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
